General Information and Facilities
The Mid-Mo R/C Club races at the Mid-Mo R/C Raceway located in North Jefferson City, MO. Details include:
- Track Type: Off-Road, dirt. Typical condition is dry and a little loamy/loose.
- Track Deminsions: 160' x 68'
- Track Length: 602'
- Straight Stretch: 125'
- Driver's Stand: We offer an 8' x 24' covered driver's stand that is 8' high.
- Pit Lane: We offer a raised, 30' long pit lane.
- A/C Power: Should be availabe by our first race, but you'll need to bring your own extension cord.
- Pit Tables: Three 4' x 8' community pit tables are available, but they will fill up fast. We recommend you bring your own pit table and chairs.
- Transponder System: Lap counting is provided with Laps Free software combined with an AMB System 20. Sorry, personal Transponders are not supported.
Location and Driving Directions
The street address for the track is 1200 5th Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109
From Jefferson City: Driving North on Hwy 54, take the "Route W/Airport" exit, just after you cross the MO River Bridge.
From Columbia: Head towards Jefferson City on Hwy 63. Take the "Jefferson City/Lake of the Ozarks" exit. As you proceed down the off-ramp, don't merge onto Hwy 54. Stay to your right and exit at the next off-ramp which is "Route W/Airport".
From Fulton: Head South on Hwy 54 towards Jefferson City. Take the "Route W/Airport" exit just before the MO River Bridge.
Once You've Exited Hwy 54: Turn left onto Route W (Nuter Rd), turn left onto Fifth Street and you should see the track to your right. You can almost see the track from the overpass and will be able to see it as you pass MFA on your left. It's less than a mile from the the exit to the track.
